Zig Zag Tower

Xypex was chosen to repair and protect this buildings three level basement parking area. The leaking areas and defective concrete were initially treated with the Xypex Concentrate and Patch’n Plug Dry-Pac system, before two coats of Xypex Concentrate were applied to the entire basement walls and floor area. The leakage occurred due to failure of the original membrane waterproofing system.
