Residential Villa at New Al Hitmi (B+3)

Xypex Admix C-1000 NF was mixed in the concrete for waterproofing and durability of the structure as the prime protection. Four tons of Xypex Admix C-1000 NF was used as the ground water level was at -0.5 meters. An intermediate coat of Xypex Concentrate was applied throughout all joint areas and Patch’n Plug and Concentrate Dry-Pac system was used for all of the tie holes.
